The Rhodes 19 is a two or three person, 19 foot,
one design sailboat that provides excellent day sailing and competitive racing
for families, couples and individuals. Designed by leading naval architect
Philip Rhodes over 50 years ago, the Rhodes 19 has evolved into a popular,
exciting and inexpensive sailboat with a strong national following.
The Rhodes 19 Class Association (R19 CA) actively
supports Rhodes 19 sailors, regattas and social events. The R19 CA
maintains strict, one design class rules which allow all Rhodes 19s to remain
competitive without expensive equipment changes.
If you're considering buying, test sailing or
crewing on a Rhodes 19, use this site to learn about the Rhodes 19 and the Class
Association. To find out more, contact a nearby Fleet Captain, who would be delighted to take you out for a sail and
introduce you to the fleet.
